Entrance is small, but there’s always someone there to welcome you, and if busy, to take down yr cell to be put on a waitlist. The few times we visited, the longest we waited was 5 min. This is one of the nicest lounges have been. Really nice design and spacious and they have both a buffet area as well as you can order food from the app. The wait staff is also super nice, with not even usually getting a tip. That's what a good service is.
