Was not expecting anything over 3 star type of airport lounge thus was not disappointed nor overjoyed with the couple of hours of "pause" before connecting flight.. It would be good not needing to wait for the towels to have a shower though Staff are good.. Food can hopefully be improved.
You have to wait for the réception desk folks to end their very loud conversation before being welcomed. Like very not high standard, my cashier in the supermarket is more elegant, smily and warm than these guys… terrible experience. The food doesn’t look good , I passed.
Great lounge. Great service. Plenty of vegetarian options here. Satvik, vegan, jain options are also available. Humble and polite staff.
I had a great relaxing time in the slow lounge. I was attended to promptly and it was quick and painless. Got some snacks coffee cocktails. I got the visa airport companion app. Just one scan of the OTP and it is done. I will use this place again in future travels.
