Just great. Great seating, great food, great service. I really don't understand why people complain... Lots of good food and protein, veggies, fiber and soups. We were lucky to have the morning and afternoon shift so could try both buffets.
The lounge did not open at the advertised 8:30. It opened late for around 15 minutes. The environment and the presentation of the food were nice but there are no alcoholic drinks available, which was not the same as advertised. I’m having terrible food poisoning at the moment and the only food I had
The lounge unfortunately has no atmosphere. Food was all served in plastic containers. Was told could only have 4 drinks. All I had was a gin and tonic and an apple juice. The server behind the bar was more interested in his telephone than to make client feel al home.
Food improved al lot. Good choices but…. Hot food was cold as they did not turn on the stove. Update Jan 9th 2026. Again in the lounge at opening time. Very disappointing to see manager explain how to unlock the door while there is a queue outside. Also check-in, manager was explaining 1 by 1 how
Waited over 30 minutes in line and still couldn’t get in; completely mismanaged for a “VIP” lounge. Ended up boarding without ever entering. Don’t waste your time here.
