The lounge nicely surprised us. Lots of to choose from. Traditional Slovak sweet or savoury snacks and a really good selection of drinks. Nice staff member.
BTS is a small airport, so it makes sense that the lounge is also small. The staff are always nice to us there. The food is limited, mostly snacks, but you can have a hot panini. I would say that the drinks selection, especially the alcohol rivals much bigger lounges and have a more extensive range
Small and convenient - for our flight today there was only one other guest present. Staff were friendly enough and there was a good selection of soft drinks, beer and hard liquor. Food was fairly basic, a selection of paninis that you could toast yourself, crisps and some biscuits bars (Horalky).
UNDERSTAFFED Waited 5+ minutes to get checked in. Noone at the front desk. If I hadn’t come to proactively show my Priority Pass, noone would have ever noticed I’ve entered the lounge. The attendant does something in the back, god knows what
