I had a really disappointing experience at this lounge. We had to wait over 20 minutes just to get in, which was frustrating. Once inside, the space was very small and cramped. The food options were extremely limited, so we ended up having to get food outside the lounge. Overall, not worth the wait

Zero VIP experience. Waited 30 mins in line only to get inside and we told we can’t get in unless we are members of a specific group. Not accessible for first class either. Right by Gate 8 so pretty convenient. Had a 1:40pm flight but got through security/ immigration at 10:15. 2 ladies at reception, scanned me in even though I was more than 3 hours to my flight. Did not ask for boarding pass. Being in the morning was empty except a couple. Chairs were ok, better

Very rustic atmosphere, they can make 3 drinks but if you request they can make a G&T or Kettle One soda. They do not have a fruit so no limes/lemons available. The chicken nuggets are edible they also have cheese on bread but food is short on supply. The bathroom has a bad chemical order. Ask f
