There is new Lotus Lounge that is in operation now which has more wider area, a room with relaxing laid back seats, a better spread of food items and beverages. Much much better than the earlier one.
I think it is a reasonable lounge. The plugs are quite “messy” (they don’t hold chargers so well). Drinks are not super cold (perhaps tried looking for cans that are high in demand), but there is a reasonable buffet which the lady checks the temperature very now and the . Toilets are a plus as they
This Lotus Lounge is accessible by Dragon Pass via Airport Companion, but not for Priority Pass. The SH Premium Lounge beside is also accessible by Dragon Pass & Priority Pass, but was fully occupied with 15 people in queue.
A reasonably sized lounge located near gate 24. It was clean and well serviced. The range of foods which was mostly Vietnamese was great and quality mostly good. There were also salads and pasta. A good range of alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic beverages. The coffee was from a machine but was fine
I had a very disappointing experience at this business lounge. I plugged my phone into one of their power outlets — it was charging for about 20 minutes, and then my charger suddenly stopped working. I checked later, and the charging adapter was completely dead, even though the cable still worked. I
