Very helpful and Perfect check-in agents. Food quality is not bad at the longe for Elite and Classis Plus passengers. They have special transportation for lounge users directly to the plane
The front desk lady didn’t even greet & she had ZERO facial expression as we came in at 11am on 21st October 2022. Nothing special with so called Business Lounge with Turkey Airlines in Izmir.
Well, just a nice private waiting area with some drinks and food. The variety of dishes are ok. The very good thing is that there is a direct access to busses that will take you to your plane.
As Turkish airline lounges go this one doesn’t offer much. Pre packaged dry sandwiches and soup. Coffee isn’t bad and it’s nice to be in a quieter space.
