Standard airport lounge with plenty of food options. I really liked that they had healthier options compared to other lounges. Each person is allowed to be in the lounge for 2 hours max. A room with two massage chairs is also available. Overall, a good place to grab a bite while waiting for your
This lounge is absolutely terrible. The staff are unfriendly — from the check-in desk to the attendants inside, everyone looks grumpy and unwelcoming. Their attitude is awful, and they don’t even clear dirty dishes after guests finish eating. I paid to enter this lounge; it’s not a free meal service
I really enjoyed my time in this lounge. We were great by a pleasant lady with a very warm smile and granted access right away. The food is tasty and fresh. They have a big selection of drinks. This lounge is much better than the horrible Asiana business lounge.
Very nice lounge at Concourse to relax before flights, for passengers who depart from Gate 101-227. It is not large, enough for around 30 people, and does not have toilette. Food selection and quality are good, with some hot dishes and even Korean fish cake.
Decent enough airport lounge for some food and rest. I did like it more than the Korean Air Lounge but this lounge can get insanely busy too.
