I come here often when I travel through Bilbao and I have to say each time I come here, the experience is somehow worse than the time before, to the point I feel like I have to leave a review in the hope they will improve. It is the only lounge where I have had problem after problem with the Priorit
Small but clean! Lunch food was fresh and hot at 12pm but it turned unappealing at 1:30pm without much replenishment! Reception was good, food services and cleaning staff were okay! Can be better if they fix the toilet door locks in the ladies room!
Lounge is great. It's incredibly clean and has a lot of beverage choices. It definitely lacks a lot on the food side.
It is a small lounge. It was not busy at all at 1100 on a Monday. It has it’s own toilet. There is also a Flight info board inside. Selection of beverage is OK.
