Our first time using the Plaza Premium, it is the nicest airport lounge I have ever in sometime. The design is modern and open with views of the airport and runway, perfect for spotting aircraft. Great service, clean, spacious and ample variety of f&b as expected from a plaza premium lounge. Special shout out to Chandara for his outstanding service in explaining the lounge offerings. Shower facilities are clean and private with ensuite toilet.
Great experience in the lounge. Smooth and easy check in process, staff were attentive and helpful. Food was good but not a lot of variety. Showers available for use with a reservation and plenty of seating. Leaving out on a morning flight so lounge wasn't crowded.
