Dirty and overcrowded: the cleaning ladies don’t bother picking up used glasses and cutlery, internet doesn’t work, toilettes are disgusting.. food is terrible and coffee machines don’t work… what else could go wrong at a “premium” lounge? Classic Turkey quality standards.

this lounge was probably one of the worst i’ve been to. it’s dirty and the food was so bad. all the food i ate besides the desserts were cold. I tried the plain white rice and it was undercooked and crunchy. the potatoes were cold…and they were sitting in the hot plates. i didn’t eat after that

Very bad lounge if not the worst as a traveling person. I have never been in a bad lounge as this. Food is bad 🫣 poor kitchen, unclean. The only good thing is the chairs. The toilets are fine, but not that clean. The place in general doesn't worth a pinne.

Not too impressive; the lounge is quite small. The selection of food and drinks is pretty limited, and the cleanliness is not really good, especially in the restrooms. One positive thing though, the staff at the reception are incredibly friendly and helpful.
