Thanks to Mr. Maxime I had a great experience at the National Bank Lounge at the airport. Mr. Maxim, who served me at the bar, was absolutely excellent. He was very kind, professional, and attentive, with a great attitude that really stood out. You can tell he’s talented and enjoys what he does. His
