We had such a great experience at My Lounge in Luton. It was really busy when we arrived, but Wendy went above and beyond to look after us. She managed to find us the perfect seats so we could relax and enjoy our time at the lounge. Thank you so much, Wendy — you made our visit!

Exceptional service at the lounge thanks to Wendy! She's attentive, friendly, and creates a welcoming atmosphere. A true asset to the team. Only issue I had was not being able to snooze for few hours as I had a long wait for my connecting flight due to this couple and their son whom were a bit loud!

The main things which can be improved is access speed and food range, it is too slow no matter you have got a pass. It is not clearly written pre booking is required with partners. Some vegetables and more fruit for breakfast, cheese will be better. The rest was ok. Still not the best lounge.
