This is a very nice lounge, e.g. much better than most United Clubs. The furniture is super comfortable and it was fairly quiet during our visit. The food is not bad, some items good. The bar tender made a decent caipirinha, obliging my request to double the Cachaça. Restrooms nice and clean
Nice, service-minded staff. Came to tell us, that boarding had started. Explained how to get to the gate and knew how long the walk would be. Food was good, area was clean. We liked the real daylight. Somehow could not upload the phone, but that has probably been cause by my knowledge.
Not a bad lounge. Plenty of space, showers, restrooms, a decent selection of food on the buffet. Savory and Sweet options. Wine, coffee, beer, cocktails and mocktails. I highly recommend the watermelon orange spritzer mocktail. Seating had plugs to charge electronics. There wasn't really a good nap
They said we could stay for 2 hours in the lounge but it didn't seem like it's strictly enforced. The food was very good, bathrooms were clean. Shower facility was available and chargeable for BRL 75. Alcoholic drinks were also available and included. Seating was good and comfortable but very few ch
Pretty good, especially when our British Air flight is delayed. The cream of wheat is wonderful. The coffee barista is efficient. However, they don’t have bottled water, from the tapes only.
