Pleasant classy relaxing lounge. Food choices were more than adequate but proteins are just chicken and fish. A bit of pork and beef would’ve elevated the “prestige” of the food. But the center of attention is the Ramyun Library. You get your instant noodle of choice from a vending machine and speed

Who designed the new lounge? It’s pretty, that’s it. Zero function. I just wanted a soda. Walked through the lounge twice and assumed there was no bar. Then I see people drinking beer and I walk through again. The bar is behind a wall, partially glass but you cannot see through it well. I neve

The reason I came to the East lounge near gate 291 is because the main one is too crowded, to the level that the front desk lady looked very frustrated and tired. The East lounge is just the right size, less crowded and great variety of food.

The food selection is extremely poor and a significant downgrade from before, especially when compared to flagship SkyTeam lounges like Air France or China Airlines. Really nice lounge for Prestige class and morning calm mileage coupon customers. First time here and really had good time. Relaxation room only has 6 couches and is quite full. Shower 🚿 facility was very clean however you do need to join a waiting list. Plenty of drink and food options available. Ev
