I had a great experience at the Iberia Lounge in Madrid on 28/12/2025. Compared to many other lounges I’ve visited, particularly in Asia where staff can sometimes be overly aggressive in trying to collect your plate before you’ve even finished, the service here was perfectly balanced. Our lounge use was on a Tuesday evening. No queue to access. We used the clear glass lockers, so useful just inside the lounge on the right. We had a wine tasting selection at the bar and also used the cocktail area. Interesting selection of sweets and popcorn in one corner and an ice cream station.

I had a flight rerouted where I needed to stay for five hours in Madrid. Lounge was perfect and that time absolutely flew by.
