I’ll preface that we got in with priority pass so free is always good. However as a lounge, I think it’s one of the more basic ones. There’s barely any food choices beyond some rice, some stew (?), and some small brownies which was cool. Place was crowded too. Overall good experience for free. Pai

Food is limited- one veg and one non-veg option- when we were there, it was pasta with chicken or pasta with vegetables, another roasted vegetable dish, a quinoa veg salad, and two options for dessert- vanilla cake or chocolate cake. Coffee was delicious and definitely not instant.

The Copa Club Business Lounge was a comfortable and quiet place to unwind before the flight. The seating was genuinely comfortable and the atmosphere stayed calm, which made it easy to relax (and actually hear yourself think). The food was tasty and fresh, but the selection felt a bit too limited —

Clean, spacious and beautiful lounge. Great clean, hot showers but the food is terrible. It is better to eat somewhere else.

Honestly, this was one of the worst places to stay at the panama airport. The food was so bland and so few options that eating at a dark alley on the ground would be better. Bland muffins and some breads, eggs and oatmeal, that's basically it. From the perspective of someone coming from a long trip
