A decent lounge for Passenger waiting to board their flights. Seating is comfortable. Staff is very humble & professional. A variety of snacks from sandwiches, pastries, patties, cakes, juices, ice creams, tea & coffee are available. Has a free WiFi which isn’t too fast. They accept quite a few bank
Poor customer service, manager unavailable for complaint, waited 20 min. Staff Aniaba, who was not wearing staff card and does not want to even shownstaff ID, was very rude and unprofessional. Good and relaxing as per Karachi Airport Standards, however not at par with lounges like Marhaba at Dubai or Doha Airport lounges, Still at least we have something in Karachi, Breakfast menu was good 👍 with good instant coffee selection, Rest rooms were satisfactorily good.
