Entrance is small, but there’s always someone there to welcome you, and if busy, to take down yr cell to be put on a waitlist. The few times we visited, the longest we waited was 5 min. After receiving yr text proceed past the entrance to the elevators down to lower level to check in. In my opinion

This is one of the nicest lounges have been. Really nice design and spacious and they have both a buffet area as well as you can order food from the app. The wait staff is also super nice, with not even usually getting a tip. That's what a good service is.
