I had a 3-hour layover in Las Vegas and decided to try the Sapphire Lounge as a CSR cardholder. On a Friday at 12:00 PM, the wait time for one person was 30 minutes. Once inside, you're greeted by a champagne bar. The lounge is located downstairs from the entrance. The menu offers a great selection

Probably the Best premium lounge that I have ever been too. Food and drinks are excellent. I waited for about a hour with about 55 people on the wait list.
