The lounge has the very basic necessities not including showers or a restroom. One must leave the lounge snd use the public restroom. The lounge is staffed by one person at the desk and one bartender. The food is very basic and not brand consistent with any of the airlines it hosts.

Solid lounge. Out of the European lounges at IAH I think this is the best. KLM and Air France are both dumps. Food buffet was decent. Huge selection of snacks. Premium alcohol (if that's your thing). The dessert was absolutely delicious. Customer service was very good. Great job BA!!

The food was spectacular, better than United lounge at IAH, fresh fruit, meaty sandwiches, yogurt, hummus, pita, crackers, meaty chicken wings, rice corn, chicken shishkabob, homemade rice crispy treats, giant cookies, reeses peanut butter crisp cakes, brie cheese, chicken noodle soup, great snack

Staff attentive, but it's a bit of an odd lounge, kind of in a box within the terminal. If you looking for substantial food there isn't any, just sanks. If you're plane enthusiast it's great as has great view of a gate and runways. Photos are the view from the Window.
