Very impressed by the quality of the coffee and the hot food selection. Self service wine. There were 2 newspapers available, it was rather empty, for a domestic flight it was great.
Nov 2024 update: they somewhat improved this lounge and it's better now in comparison to how bad it used to be. I booked with avianca months in advance and they overbooked our flight and didnt let us on the plane even though we have connecting flights. When we were talking to the people at the gate they were extremely rude and laughed in our faces when we told them we have to be on the plane to catch our next
There are two parts to the lounge. The lounge and food area and the sleeping area. I got a sleeping lounge for two hours and it was incredible. There was a water, small snack and fresh blankets. The pillow was extremely comfortable and this was exactly what I needed today during my wait for my fligh
Terrible service, Tatiana and Andrea at the reception extremely rude and unhelpful. We paid for the entrance by revolut card , but they just said no. They didn't want to call the manager, they didn't what to give their surnames. So unprofessional
