Worst experience, Avianca dropped me from my flight. I had a international connection. There was NO ONE at the Counter and the supervisor took 45 minutes to show up. In addition, my bags didn’t arrived on time. Avianca never boarded them. Arriving on Dec 18 in Bogota Colombia at 5:30am from Houston,
One of the lower-end lounges I have ever been to. I understand that not every airport needs the same Calibre of lounge, but this was very very basic. The air conditioning was too high and also very noisy people. It wouldn't be bad to have some one around to check everything is under control
Very very basic. Not worth it if you have to pay, only visit if you have access for free. For food there were only mini dumplings, coffee and sodas, definitely not worth the 30 dollars I paid for an extra guest. It is a "meh" lounge, better than outside but not worth paying for this. EDIT: removed
It's not the best Avianca lounge you'd expect, the food is lacking the lighting is low and layout is a little strange. However I must say the lounge receptionist were fantastic, great attitude and passionate about their job.
