I stopped by this lounge on my way to Heathrow.. Jan 16th at 10.30am its my first time here, and I must say the ladies who serve and direct you around are fantastic. They are great they ask if you have been here before then show you where u can get drinks, food etc....I really enjoyed the service

All good...very quiet in March on a Sunday afternoon. 3 hot dishes available, salads and bread etc and the usual coffees, teas and alcohol. There is also a menu of items you can buy. Lots of sockets for charging and blissfully free of kids. Not sure how busy it gets in summer.
