I visited the plaza primum lounge at Budapest Airport and had a very pleasant experience. The service was courteous and professional, the place was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable before the flight. Definitely a nice place to spend your waiting time.

The lounge is extremely busy and to be honest I hate crowded lounges. But there is a guy called “Gerard” who is amazing and works like a rock star. His work rates can compare to five people and no joke. He served behind the bar with such enthusiasm and down to cleaning and clear all the tables.

A group of 140 Indians were stranded here in Budapest terminal 2. This team of Calvin, Gerard and Gloria was so empathetic, took such good care of us. Thank you so much!
