Aspire Lounge Bristol

The food was lovely and warm, drinks were fast and easy, our server Ruth was second to none, very attentive, clearing plates/glasses away as soon as we had finished. Oat/soy milk available and very attentive to allergies. Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back!

This is a newly refurbished and very pleasant facility, but I was extremely disappointed with my first experience. I arrived at the airport more than two hours before my flight and went straight to the lounge, only to find a sign saying it was at capacity and that there was a virtual queue to join.

What a fantastic lounge. Clean with plenty of choice and not packed with queues of people waiting to get free drinks. Food was hot and tasty and plenty of it. Front of house Ruth gets a special mention for being helpful and explaining everything. Highly recommended, far better than my last experie

I have to say that the food was great, the lounge itself was really good, but service was phenomenal, I could see how quick they were to resolve any problems like dirty tables and adding more food before running out of it. Service is key point for every business, and this is exactly how it should be

We really liked this lounge. The choice of food was very good quality and decent choices. We loved the pasta, Mac n cheese, chicken sandwich, garlic bread and minced chilly beefy curry. We came in with our 3yr old and she loved the pasta.
