This lounge is small and cramped. I get the impression that they built it before lounges really took off. 2nd time in a row while visiting PHL lounge where numerous people were placed on the waiting list and once entering the lounge, half the lounge has “reserved” signs. Maybe if there weren’t so many reserved seatings more people would be able to take advantage of the lounge prior to boarding! Food is

The service was nice and there’s nothing wrong here, but pretty basic both in terms of drinks and food. Also the internet kept dropping out. So basic food/service and no internet really isn’t a good sell. Compared to Chase lounges Amex (this one and many others) are way, way behind the curve. Really
