Stopped by the lounge at H/K. My ongoing complaint with the Admirals Clubs are the food and the service. I’m not sure why it is that the persons that are supposed to clean up after persons leave, show no sense of urgency. I thought it was mainly Miami, but I’m realizing it’s not. When finding a seat
Nice and clean and hard working staff. Each time something is dirty a staff person comes to pick it up right away. The staff are polite and respectful. The flagship American Airlines lounge is one of the best American Airlines lines Lounges in the country. It is better than Dallas and Charlotte.
We waited in a line which moved quickly & efficiently & then took a crowded elevator to the 3rd floor. I was pleasantly surprised that there was plenty of comfortable seating. Restrooms as always were clean. Where we feel the Admirals Club lets us down is in food. The buffet was empanadas & rice.
