The lounge is fine, but nothing special. It does the job if you want a quieter space before a U.S. flight, but overall it felt pretty mid. Seating is decent and there’s usually enough room, though it can get busy during peak transborder hours. Food options were basic — soups, salads, some hot items

A below average lounge in a below average terminal area. This lounge is located in the USA transporter area next to the Hudson News convenience store. As far as Air Canada lounges go, this one is below average. The food and buffet area is relatively small, and the selections are not of high quality.

This lounge is filthy. We walked in and there were crumbs everywhere, trash on the floor, chairs and seats covered in crumbs and dried spills. It's quite the downgrade from our experience at the Signature Lounge. Unfortunately, this lounge was closest to our gate so we utilized it assuming it would

For years, I always looked up above at this glass encased lounge and wanted to be apart of the Maple Leaf experience. Yesterday I had the honor of entry. Well, while I loved the restful environment, I do have a few suggestions on how to move my 3 star rating to a 5! 1. Hire a few more people to keep

It was far less busy than the Plaza lounge, so that was a plus. There were a few separated sections if you needed a quiet place to take a call. There was only one main meal option. The pulled Mexican chicken was juicy and lightly seasoned and the flour tortillas were great. Drinks looked to be well
