I do not have a lot of travel experience, but Aeroflot is my favorite airlines. It meets international standards. I adore the meals. And staff. Really competent, polite. I heard about incidents because of the lack of details. It is rare, but happens.

Border control closed their booth right in front of our faces. A whole queue of about 50 people just left standing in shock for an international flight that was departing in 15 minutes. Stood in there for 50 minutes to be shut out. No comments from staff, no explanation. Do not recommend. Terrible s

So quiet, no shop opened, long passport checkup. It still works tho, I'm in Russia!!!!
